A check-in /out time is a designated hour by which guests can access or vacate a property. The specific check-in/ check- out times can vary depending the property. Generally, check-in time in our properties is between 15:00 and 16:00, while check-out time is until 11:00. Should you desire an early check-in or late check-out, please feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate you. In any case, we can safely store your luggage and we will notify you as soon as the house is prepared.
Baby cots (bed linen included) and high chairs are provided free of charge, upon request. You can check the above preferences in the specified area, while making your reservation through our booking engine. Alternatively, you can contact us directly prior to your arrival and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Payment and cancellation policies are mentioned in the Payment and Cancellation Policy section, separately for each property. Cancellation penalty depends on the time of cancellation.
Your hosts are always available to help with anything you may need, throughout your stay. They will be there upon your arrival to welcome you, show you around the house & its amenities, and also, give you any information about the area and the island.
